Someone needs to get through to the greeting card companies and make them understand that there are 3 types of "Get Well Cards" needed:
(1) get well soon
(1) get well soon
(2) hang in a few more weeks, you're going to die of cancer soon
(3) you're in for a 50-year long haul with this incurable thing
Maybe when people get used to seeing greeting card verses that acknowledge I'm never going to get WELL, the best I can hope for is to get remission, they'll finally understand that what I have isn't the flu that goes away completely.
